In reading your comments, I think you are bea...Val.<br />In reading your comments, I think you are beating yourself up over things you can't control. You speak about not staying on track with conditioning yet you have real reasons as to why you have not met your goals. Still you dismiss those reasons and are upset by it. The plans not accomplished in the past are in the past. You can't change that. Look to the future and focus on the positives in your fighting instead of the negatives. You are a very good fighter. Belief in that will allow you to rise above the place you are now. Also, you base yor success and ability by comparing your results to others.
